¡Pura Vida!

This year, your registration fee includes 3 nights of ROH resort accommodations, including taxes and resort fees. Please note that we cannot accommodate shortened stays for this year’s ICE.
Once you register for ICE, we will handle all room arrangements via a rooming list. There is nothing more you need to do.
Booking a room independently at the host hotel will not grant you access to the conference. Attendance is restricted to those whose rooms are arranged by SITE Southeast within our reserved room block.

We will also have extra bottles available at the event so that everyone can participate.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiative
In Costa Rica, thousands of children are forced to walk to school without shoes due to financial constraints. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project to help children in need in Costa Rica, each registration fee for our event includes the cost of one pair of shoes, ensuring that a child will not have to walk barefoot to school.
