The PATHWAYS program by SITE Southeast initiates an enriching journey to cultivate fresh and distinctive connections, bolstering the Southeast chapter of SITE with enhanced camaraderie and assistance.

Aspirations of the Mentorship Journey

  • Leadership Cultivation - Identifying and nurturing emerging frontrunners.
  • Diversity Nurturing - Championing inclusivity and openness to enrich diversity.
  • Career Advancement - Fostering professional growth through expert guidance.
  • Skill Empowerment - Enhancing talents and strengths with tailored guidance.

Expectations for Mentees

  • Active membership in good standing within SITE Southeast Chapter.
  • Dedication to allocating time for mentor meetings.
  • Willingness to embrace mentorship with grace and professionalism.
  • Completion of the online SITE Southeast Mentee Profile Form.
  • Selection for the program, as application does not guarantee automatic acceptance.

Expectations for Mentors

  • Membership in SITE Southeast Chapter.
  • Commitment to schedule mentor-mentee meetings.
  • Willingness to impart guidance with empathy and professionalism.
  • Possession of at least five years of supervisory experience within the event, meeting, or travel sector.
  • Submission of the SITE Southeast Mentor application.
  • Acceptance into the program, as application does not guarantee automatic acceptance.

Joint Responsibilities

  • Consistently exhibit professional ethics.
  • Punctuality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Mutual respect for each other’s time.
  • Embrace the chance to learn from one another!
