Hey there, y’all! Get ready for a Southern Supper like never before – Peach Perfection at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort on June 11. We’re turning up the charm and flavor with the peachy vibes of the pantone color of the year, “Peach Fuzz!”

This Southern Supper is not your average soirée – it’s “Uniquely Different”! Join us for a full day of fun resort optional activities and events on June 11. And guess what? If you’re not ready to call it a night after the main event, we’ve got a room block ready for you. * Reserve your room by Tuesday, May 21 at a heavily discounted rate of $199++ per night. Wake up on June 12 to a group breakfast and a chance to do some good with a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project.

Optional Activities

If you received an invitation to join a daytime activity, remember to input the promo code given by your sponsor during the initial part of the registration. This will waive the fee automatically for that particular activity when you register for the activity. For individuals interested in securing a spot through payment, we have a limited number available for those who want to “pay to play.” Additionally, planners can request to be hosted for activities during the registration process on a space available basis. Choosing this option does not guarantee you a hosted spot.

Dress

We invite you to dress in your favorite “Pastel Garden Party” ensemble. Opt for soft pastel tones, delicate floral prints, and flowing silhouettes to evoke a sense of natural beauty and whimsy. Complete your look with accessories like a sun hat adorned with silk flowers and strappy sandals, ensuring both comfort and elegance as you enjoy the indoor/outdoor affair. See below for examples.

This is a wonderful opportunity to sponsor a group of 10 people (9 plus you) at a reserved table, indulging in a VIP experience with two bottles of wine and nibbles provided. Upon selecting this option, SITE Southeast will offer a unique promo code to waive registration fees for your guests and assign attendees to your table. Each individual must register themselves using your promo code. Note that if your invitee chooses to bring a non-industry guest, you will either need to count that person in your 10 or the guest will not have a seat at your table.

Due to limited availability, you MUST be registered for the event to take advantage of this special room rate. If you reserve a room in our block but are not registered for Southern Supper, your room reservation will be cancelled.
