Experience is everything, and on our ICE trips, you are offered the opportunity to be the incentive attendee. ICE is more than a site inspection, and even more than a FAM. It’s a full immersion into the destination. In addition, enjoy the added benefit of forming and strengthening relationships with worldwide suppliers who will experience the trip with you.

ICE is a unique opportunity for suppliers, enabling you to experience a destination like an incentive attendee. You may even discover ideas that work for your own clients. Most importantly, you will participate in experiences alongside buyers, making you part of the memories they have of the trip. Chats on busses, over cocktails, and while eating meals help you get to know planners on a more personal level. Business to business opportunities form organically in this atmosphere where you get to spend quality time actually getting to know each other. Where better to form these relationships than a gorgeous incentive destination?

Hotel Reservations

Hosted planner rooms will be reserved via rooming list per the information provided on your registration form. Suppliers are responsible for reserving their rooms directly with the resort using the button below or by calling the Hotel directly at (435) 800-1992 and referring to the SITE Southeast ICE 2023 room block by Friday, July 28, 2023.

Please do not reserve your room or make flight arrangements until your event registration has been confirmed.

Thanks to generous sponsorship from Visit Park City, a limited number of planners will enjoy complimentary luxurious suite accommodations.

Supplier rooms are King Run of House rooms, at a reduced rate of $335.00 USD, plus tax and $35 Amenity Fee (reduced from $50), per room per night.

Shabu

Shabu was started in Feb 2004 by Kevin Valaika and his brother Chef Robert Valaika. Together they share a passion for food and mountain life. If you don’t find them on the slopes you will find the boys at Shabu cooking up award winning dishes like miso glazed cod and firecracker shrimp. They also have the best sushi in town.
