Speakers
JON PETZ
Jon Petz is a Keynote Speaker, business adviser, author and performance expert who helps leaders and team members at all levels in an organization perform with impact and purpose. Driving your audience to ask “How did you do it?” and demanding you “Do it Again!”
His energy and entertaining persona transform a room and engage personally and emotionally to connect individuals to their ability to achieve success and significance in their careers, business, and life. While organizations are challenged to build unique program formats that engage members both in live and online events, Jon as a keynote (or emcee) creates a perfect trifecta of education, personal inspiration, and entertainment that creates dialogue and action ideas that reverberate throughout your hallways. Your participants leave with a sense of value, passion in what they do, and pride in the organization they represent.
DONNA BARTON BROTHERS
Donna Barton Brothers was born into horse racing. Her mother, Patti Barton, was one of the first half dozen women to be licensed as a jockey in the United States—and both her brother and sister were jockeys, too. Donna started riding professionally in 1987 and rode for 11½ years. She retired in 1998 as the second leading female jockey in the United States by money earned, winning 1,130 races.
In 1999 she began dabbling in television coverage of horse racing and in 2000 covered the Breeders’ Cup Championships for NBC Sports. She has covered Horse Racing, Show Jumping, Bull Riding and other horse sports for NBC and NBCSN since 2000 and, during that time, has covered 22 Kentucky Derbies and, memorably, the Triple Crown wins captured by American Pharoah in 2015 and Justify in 2018.
Brothers is also an author and wrote “Inside Track: Insider’s Guide to Horse Racing” in 2011. The book is in its third edition and is intended to bridge the gap between the novice horse racing fan and the, at times, complicated sport of horse racing. She also serves as Client Relations Manager for Starlight and StarLadies Racing. Her husband, Frank, is a former horse trainer and now a very successful bloodstock agent.
JESKA BRODBECK
Jeska Brodbeck is a professional keynote speaker and performance coach based in South Florida. She works with business professionals to help them enter the state that athletes refer to as “being in the zone” so they can be more efficient and productive with less stress in their life.
Jeska works one-on-one with C-level executives and speaks to organizations across the private sector, government and non-profit. She has been highlighted as a Distinguished Speaker at Florida International University and served on the Boards of the Program in the Study of Spirituality at FIU and the World Happiness Summit. She is a featured speaker for the YPO, a global group of CEO’s.
In addition to her professional merits, Jeska was trained at one of the top yoga schools in the U.S., Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in the Berkshires, Massachusetts. She has practiced yoga for over 18 years and has taught groups and individuals the deep science of training the mind for over 8 years. She completed the cornerstone mindfulness course, the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and has contributed over 1,500 hours to transformational trainings as a participant, volunteer and coach.
Jeska’s unique experience as an instructor, coach, business owner and consultant allows her to offer practical tools based in modern science and the ancient wisdom of mindfulness and meditation to help business professionals reduce stress, improve focus & reach a new level of optimal performance.
