In 2026, SITE Southeast’s Incentive Leadership Experience heads to Roatán, Honduras, where Connections Beyond the Conference Room takes on a whole new meaning. Reserving Your Room

PLANNERS: Rooms will be reserved via rooming list per the information provided on your registration form.

* Hosted Buyers will be reserved by rooming list.

SUPPLIERS: are responsible for reserving their rooms directly with the resort using the button below. SITE Southeast Incentive Conference room block by Friday, July 16, 2026.
Supplier rooms have a reduced rate of $250.00 USD, plus tax and discounted Resort Fee of $30.00, per room per night.

Hosted Buyer Application

Attending ILE is a great opportunity for you to personally experience the “best of the best” the destination has to offer, meeting destination suppliers who can help you plan an incentive trip or meeting for your attendees that will leave them with a lasting impression. Experience is everything, and on our ILE trips, you are offered the opportunity to be the incentive attendee. ILE is more than a site inspection, and even more than a FAM. It’s a full immersion into the destination. In addition, enjoy the added benefit of forming and strengthening relationships with worldwide suppliers who will experience the trip with you.

We have a limited number of hosted buyer spots available. Be sure to apply right away. Deadline to apply for our hosted buyer program is June 10, 2026.

Suppliers

ILE is a unique opportunity for suppliers, enabling you to experience a destination like an incentive attendee. You may even discover ideas that work for your own clients. Most importantly, you will participate in experiences alongside buyers, making you part of the memories they have of the trip. Chats on busses, over cocktails, and while eating meals help you get to know planners on a more personal level. Business to business opportunities form organically in this atmosphere where you get to spend quality time actually getting to know each other. Where better to form these relationships than a gorgeous incentive destination?

Travel Information

Flights

Once you receive confirmation of your ILE registration, be sure to book your flight into the RTB airport.

Hosted buyers - Hotel Only: We will not be reimbursing you for any portion of your flight. Please book your flights arriving on Saturday and departing on Tuesday.

Hosted buyers - Hotel and Airline Supplement: If you are awarded an airline sponsorship, you will receive confirmation of the approved flight supplement amount at that time, and may then proceed with booking your own airfare. Reimbursements will be processed following full participation in ILE. To receive reimbursement, please submit your airline receipt showing the total ticket cost, along with the mailing address where you would like the reimbursement sent.

Important conditions:

First class and business class airfare will not be reimbursed, regardless of if it is below the maximum reimbursable amount
Checked bag fees will not be reimbursed
